ASB implements ActiveDocs V4.4

ActiveDocs Limited, a world leader in the provision of document automation applications, announced today that ASB Bank in New Zealand had successfully implemented the ActiveDocs Enterprise server in the automated mode for the creation and assembly of loan documents.

"ASB is regarded in New Zealand as one of the most technically advanced and innovative banks in the southern hemisphere and their use of ICT to drive their business is well known here in New Zealand" said Glenn Ricketts CEO of ActiveDocs.

"For them to choose ActiveDocs to automate their loan documents is a fantastic endorsement of our product given their pedigree."

ASB joins a number of other major worldwide companies who have successfully implemented ActiveDocs. Their implementation involves sending XML formatted information from disparate systems to the ActiveDocs application to produce complex loan documents.

ASB's project lead, Tom Stone, said "the outcome has been extremely positive for the Lending Services Department who have been able to improve the document generation turn-around and reduce the resource required to produce these complex documents."

Cleary Hoare Launch New Service

ActiveDocs Limited, a world leader in the provision of document automation applications, today announced that it had secured Cleary Hoare Solicitors as a new client.

Cleary Hoare, an Australian legal firm with offices in Brisbane and Sydney, has launched a new service aimed at its Legal Resource Club, a network of 1200 Accountants and Financial Planners based on the ActiveDocs Enterprise document automation application and using Cleary Hoare's complex document sets (templates). The service is a hosted/ASP application where existing customers can access a large repository of complex documents which have been automated with the ActiveDocs suite and, once authenticated, can create individual documents based on input information. On completion the document is assembled in real time and can be downloaded as a Microsoft® Word document.

Glenn Ricketts, Chief Executive Officer of ActiveDocs said "What is exciting about Cleary Hoare's implementation is that, to my knowledge, this is one of the first fully automated and hosted services of this nature. This service, where valuable IP in the form of highly complex documents is offered to clients so they can quickly and easily produce a finished document is unique. We are very excited to be associated with Cleary Hoare in this endeavor."

Paul Olds of Cleary Hoare stated "This system allows us to provide complex documents such as Trusts and Wills to our network in real time no matter what their geographical location. The accountant or financial planner who generally recommends and orders these types of documents for their clients no longer needs to wait for traditional service providers to produce a hard copy of the document, with the standard delivery mechanism being post. The system ActiveDocs has developed for us also eliminates the serious and common problem of clients losing final documents, as our solution includes a database of created documents, plus the client's adviser saves an electronic version directly to their client file. The database also provides us with the ability to effectively manage version control and to contact clients who require document updates due to legislative change, which is critical for quality control purposes."

ActiveDocs Limited, Announces the Release of Version 4.0

ActiveDocs Limited, the leading provider of sales productivity and proposal automation applications, today announced the release of Version 4.0. Upgrades to the highly successful software suite empower companies to deliver document automation solutions to their sales and HR organizations more quickly than ever before and provide enhanced management reporting capabilities that offer valuable insight into the effectiveness of selling content. This means that customers can cut in half the time sales people spend creating customized, high-quality selling documents such as proposals, contracts, statements of work, and sales letters, while reducing their total cost of ownership.

For tracking and monitoring purposes, Version 4.0 provides management reporting capabilities with pre-defined reports for sales management and the content managers. This provides a number of sales intelligence and content management benefits, including better visibility of the organization sales pipeline, by department, geography and individual salesperson. In addition the functionality of being able to manage a range of templates across a multi-faceted organization with multiple customer facing brands is now possible.

"Our new version is an enhanced suite of products that now enables users and administrators to utilize our products with even greater ease and usability, ultimately providing sales proposals and contracts even faster, with greater reusable content across an organization. The integration with DMS and CRM systems make it easy to share the intelligence of multiple systems and incorporate that in sales proposals", says Glenn Ricketts, CEO , ActiveDocs, "All of this means companies have a competitive advantage, which ultimately drives up revenue by winning more business."
