Glenn Ricketts
CEO
Glenn has over 25 years sales and marketing experience in the IT industry both in New Zealand and internationally. After a sustained career in sales Glenn was appointed the International Sales Director for Cray Communications in the UK in 1994. He then joined Cisco Systems EMEA and was responsible for marketing operations for the Service Provider sales teams in 29 countries. After leaving Cisco in 1999 he joined Nortel Networks as VP of Marketing and ran international teams in both the Service Provider Solutions and Enterprise Products Divisions. Glenn left Nortel in 2001 and became CEO for a small start-up based in Boston, (Invisible Hand Networks) before returning to New Zealand with his family in 2002. Glenn has helmed ActiveDocs since 2004 overseeing a period of rapid growth for both ActiveDocs' broad client base, and the business itself. Glenn holds an honors BSc (with specialization in Marketing) from UMass in Boston, USA.
Faine Parker
VP Business Development, North America
Faine has ten years' experience in software product development and sales, combining expertise in both product development and client management. Having worked globally at enterprise level Faine has broad experience with introducing product and setting up often complicated implementations and she has had to understand the unique needs of a variety of territories, often working to initiate installations of cutting-edge technology with ageing incumbent solutions. Faine also brings an innate communications skill to her role, liaising and interfacing with clients in a range of industries, showing an intuitive understanding of their business requirements and devising best-fit solutions for their needs and their growth.
Paul Dileo
VP Business Development, EMEA
Paul is an accomplished professional with extensive international experience within the mobile, telecommunications and internet software industries. He has been instrumental in driving change and promoting significant growth in both multi-national and start-up organisations. His skills include international sales management, managing and launching new technologies and building highly effective international teams. His career has spanned a number of Director level positions in Cisco and SITA/Equant and a three year tenure as CEO of Cambridge-based Zeus Technologies Ltd. Paul has an MBA in Strategic Management and in 2007 was Finalist for “Technology CEO of the Year – Private Firm” in the UK Innovation and Growth Awards.
Catherine Larsen
VP Business Development, APAC
Catherine has a strong background in international Sales, Publishing, and Management across multiple verticals. In pre-sales consultancy and negotiation, Catherine has a clear focus on developing strong relationships through expert communication skills and by acquiring a detailed understanding of the customer’s needs. In post-sales, Catherine’s management expertise ensures that projects undertaken on behalf of ActiveDocs clients are well structured and managed.
Amanda Sharp
Director of Client Services
Amanda manages the ActiveDocs team of Application Specialists, providing a wide range of services to ActiveDocs clients. With strong skills in both the detail of Microsoft® Word and the intricacies of involvement in client projects, Amanda adds unsurpassed expertise in ActiveDocs Authoring Tools and ActiveDocs Opus Designer to ensure that our clients have the best Document Automation solutions.
Nick Chivers
Director of Product Marketing (BCIS)
Nick brings many years of international software development experience, including running his own European software consultancy, to his role as Director of Product Marketing. While providing multi-level input for product development and marketing strategies, Nick stays closely involved with customers through product demonstrations and technical consultancy. Nick’s focus is on ensuring clear communication and understanding of ActiveDocs' capabilities, best-practice deployment of ActiveDocs products, and ongoing customer satisfaction.
Glenn Cameron
VP Product Development (MSCD)
Glenn has had comprehensive involvement in document automation systems for the past 10 years. Glenn's leadership of the ActiveDocs development team ensures a continuity of standards and processes across the development environment, and draws on his skills as both an intuitive developer and wide-thinking analyst. Glenn has an excellent skill-set in a wide range of products and technologies including Microsoft® Visual Studio, Microsoft® SQL server, and Microsoft® Office development as well as a number of third party document management systems.
Chris Rust
Principal Product Architect (NZCS, MSCD)
Chris has vast experience working in complex development environments and in using tools such as Microsoft® Visual Studio, Microsoft® SQL server, and Microsoft® Office. Having been an active member of the Microsoft® Office Developer Advisory Panel, Chris has brought his experience and incisive thinking into contributing to the ongoing Office development strategy at Microsoft® Corp. Chris was the principal architect behind the Smart Tag technology implemented in ActiveDocs version 2.0 with which Keylogix (as ActiveDocs was then known) won the global Microsoft® Tech-Ed 2002 Business Productivity Award.
